- Condition of Products: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This includes the original packaging and any accompanying materials.
Process for Returns and Refunds

- Return Authorization: Upon reviewing your return request, we will inform you whether your return has been authorized. Authorized returns will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping the Product Back: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product should be securely packaged to prevent any further damage.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the quality issue.
- Refund or Replacement: If the quality issue is confirmed, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns if the issue is not related to product quality. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with color, texture, or general performance that does not indicate a quality defect.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: The customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE.
